Triple JC Ranch is a family-run cattle ranch based in Evergreen, Colorado, built on three generations of ranching experience and a commitment to quality, transparency, and responsible animal care. We raise and source cattle with an emphasis on quality genetics, thoughtful feeding practices, and a personalized approach that keeps customers connected to where their beef comes from. Our cattle are carefully finished on grain for approximately 90 days to support marbling, flavor, and consistency, followed by a two-week hanging period as part of the processing process.
